As a principal goal of our technology is that it is simple and intuitive for non-technical people to use, after initial user training our customers are self-sufficient. The consultancy we provide tends to be in early stages of data projects, where we help customers to hit the ground running through on-site mentoring.

Packaged Solutions

We can provide customised solutions to customers, including all hardware, software and services to those customers who simply want a packaged solution to their data problem. Examples of this include:

• Data Quality health-check assessment of existing systems
• Data Inventory of existing systems
• Data Suitability of existing data for a new data project
• Data Validation of the results of a data project

Training

It is our belief that the true benefit of using our technology are realised when it is applied to your project. Consequently we provide on-site training solutions in a workshop format, tailored to your data and your project.
There are two courses we provide related to X88 Pandora:-

• Data Analyst (2 days)
• Data Prototyping & Mapping (3 days)

Training can be delivered to up to 6 people at a time. We can also incrementally train remotely across the Internet in one-to-one half or full day sessions.

Support

We provide world-wide telephone and email support to our customers including live remote assistance over the Internet. The quality of our support is second-to-none. Whatever the problem, we are here to help.
